Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. Her Professional Card was awarded a year later, when she was 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was just 16 when she gave up her gymnastics. In the span of a year, she was granted her professional card when she was 17. She was the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a six-year break from performing after she earned Pro-Card to finish her studies at college. After completing her college education, Ariel returned in 2015. She picked up where she was in prior competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition, she competed several more years setting up new goals. In 2009, she had achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competition to complete her degree at college. In October of 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the contest. In summer 2016, she took first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place at the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations when she entered, was delighted with her result. She was up against the very best. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, and bent-over rows. First, she warms up prior to moving onto working sets. Ariel also Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way possible. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
